Dear Friend of St. Ambrose Academy,
Pope Francis reminds us that “To educate is an act of love, it is to give life.” Certainly, you will see this every day at St. Ambrose Academy. You will see our teachers pour themselves out for our students, sharing their love for Christ and for Truth in the rigor of their instruction. In educating these young people in the classroom, our teachers are assisting our school parents in fulfilling their baptismal promise to pass on the Catholic faith to their children. They are leading these children on the path to eternal life.
Our school community –even those friends who will never spend time in the classroom or send children to the school –contributes to the life-giving educational act through prayer, financial support and good will.
Where is your place in the community? St. Ambrose opens its doors to students, families, and friends from all of the Diocese of Madison and beyond. It has inspired me with these young people who strive to serve Christ, like the young man who learned about sacrifice by watching his St. Ambrose teachers and entered the seminary after graduation.
There’s something special happening at St. Ambrose, and you are invited to find out more about that “something.” Stay a while to explore our web site.
But, most importantly, pray for us. Please join me in asking the intercession of St. Ambrose for the continued growth in faith of our students and all associated with our school.
